Any large company needs a good assistant in automating the collection of reports and monitoring of projects in general. At the stage of development, we are looking for a comprehensive solution to organize the work of field personnel. We've been working with the Promoplan system for years. What can I say about the system as a whole, it is perfect for project management! You create a project and a reporting form for the project staff on your own based on the needs of the client.
In general, the flexible system of "designer" allows you to create a reporting form from scratch and customize it for any format of personnel tasks: adding photos, filling in various tables. It is possible to choose which data should be entered in the reporting form for submission of reports by the personnel, for example, without filling in the work schedule, an employee will not be able to submit a report.
The system of staff notification sends in advance reminding about the terms of timely submission of reports and if the report is overdue, the system will also notify the employee and the project manager about it. If necessary, our clients can monitor the work of employees and the quality of reports online. Very convenient options of exporting questionnaires, photos and files in various formats. Field staff can submit reports via a mobile application, for example, they can take photos of the shelving of goods directly in the store via the application. I would also like to note the efficiency of the support team's work, the issues are being solved quickly and efficiently.

I am glad that the program works very quickly and processes data – so, all entered data is instantly saved and there is no need to save them each time.

I am very pleased with the system of notification of missed reports, blank fields in the report - this allows you to make a minimum number of errors and always be able to check yourself – whether everything is entered and executed.

The only thing that I wanted to fix right away was the ability to upload multiple photos. This defect has been promptly corrected, and I would like to thank the support team and developers for that.
